DmFirst OTP & Verification Guide
What to check when a DmFirst verification code is delayed, rejected or expired, plus basic OTP security rules.
Why an OTP may be delayed
A verification code can be delayed by network conditions, message filtering, an incorrect registered number or a temporary service issue. Check the contact details shown by the platform before requesting another code.
If an OTP has expired
Request a fresh code through the current verified login or registration flow. Use the newest valid code and do not rely on an older message.
OTP security
An OTP is a private verification credential. Never send it to a person claiming to be support, an agent or a payment helper, and never read it aloud to someone who contacted you unexpectedly.
